Why Me? Why Now?

For years people have asked for my (very amateur) advice on how to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I’ve made workout plans and food guides, and shared mindset inspiration to live a more profound life. Observing my passion for and (limited) knowledge of what it takes to reach one’s potential, peers continue to ask me to put together resources for them. Instead of creating content for limited people, I decided to be bold and produce one outlet for everyone.

Given my understanding of (and obsession with) the US & UK healthy food scene, I do have plans to grow this account beyond this blog and Instagram at some point. In the meantime, I will let the anticipation grow as I do my best to share information that’s actually useful. At the very least, I get to do something for myself by writing down everything I think about day in and day out. I’ll be here weekly to provide some tips that may help you or may not. Just know that I am rooting for you and want you to succeed. Eventually I will share some of the difficulties I’ve faced so that you know you’re not alone. Until then, don’t be afraid to prioritise yourself. Don’t be afraid to order the salad and eat the cake if that’s your version of balance. I am looking forward to growing with you.

  1. This is exciting. I love the balance, all things in moderation, as the saying goes is not aways easy. I love the cooking and food which bring me happiness when shared with family and friends. I look forward to checking back often.
